Zhang Yun Chao is a Master of Traditional Chinese Martial Arts, in both external & internal styles. Yun Chao has studied Martial Arts for over 34 years. Yun Chao is a former Chinese National Champion in Seven Star Preying Mantis form, and six-time World Champion. He has taught in Russia, Japan, South Africa, Los Angeles, Sacramento, Aspen, and is now teaching in the Denver metro area.
