In this course, students will learn Qi on an experimental level. Students will discover many aspects of this primal power through traditional coordinated movement. How to sense, increase, manipulate, and locate Qi, as well as finding its source, are some of the areas explored in this class. This class will introduce the concepts of energy terms, the principle of energy flowing, and techniques of practices. The class will also introduce the medical application of Qi Gong including strengthening acupuncture meridians and internal organs. The theory of Qi Gong practice is based on Taiji, Yin and Yang, Five Elements and I Ching.
